Trojan ConHook : comment le supprimer ?

Bonjour,

Je viens sur votre forum car j'ai découvert que je n'étais pas la seule (loin de là !) à être victime de ces fameux virus "trojan". J'ai déjà fait un tour des différentes réponses apportées, mais je ne suis pas sure à 100% de la source de mon problème. Je pense en effet être touché par le trojan Conhook.

Mes symptomes : un ordi hyper lent (alors qu'il est quasiment neuf), Internet qui bug (page qui se bloque) et l'explorateur Windows qui cesse de fonctionner et redémarre sans arrêt.
