Phone Call: Quebec to France

Hello,

I am a Québécoise and despite all my attempts and efforts, I am trying in vain to call a contact in France.
I know that the international dialing code for France is +33.
I really don't know how to call him. He managed to call me by dialing: 001 + my area code + my number.

He lives in Europe, in France, in the city of Saint-Raphaël.
Could you help me? What number prefix should I use?

Thank you in advance!

Hello,

I am currently in Quebec. To call France, you need to dial 011 33 .... (knowing that the 33 replaces the zero of the French phone number). The 011 allows you to exit Canada, and the 33 is the France prefix.

So to call
06 54 32 10
, you need to dial
011 33 6 54 32 10

To call Quebec from France, for example, if the number is 514-123-4567, you would dial 001-514-123-4567.
