Hello,
What is the number to reach PayPal customer service? I am in Quebec and there is nothing indicated on the website.

It is asking me to confirm information regarding my credit card account but I no longer have it. There’s no way to use the available funds.

They do not respond to my emails.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0
