The buttons on my PSP

Hi,

The day before yesterday, I dropped my PSP from a small height. I checked if I could turn it on and everything was working well. That same evening, I watched Batman: The Dark Knight on it. The next day, I turned it on and played PES 2008 (in ISO), and during the match, I pressed the home button to quit, but nothing happened. So I managed to turn off my PSP. When I turned it back on to play another game, none of the buttons responded except for the music buttons. So I turned it on again by pressing R, and the buttons worked perfectly. Please help.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Press the R + Power (up) button, and you will access the BIOS software.
Look at the configuration menu; if you see Use in VshMenu (currently: VshMenu).
If not, press X until this mention appears.
That's what causes your buttons not to respond in your games.

There you go, it worked for me. My friend also has a PSP, and I was able to set it up exactly the same way as his.
If you have someone nearby who has a working PSP, go into the config menu by pressing the R + Power button up for a few seconds until the internal software appears and retrieve their config by going to Configuration (change what needs to be changed).

That's all I can offer you as a solution, hoping it helps you.

Hello, your info was really helpful because the left and right buttons on my PSP weren't working anymore, but the bottom ones worked, so I followed your instructions and miracle, my console works. But unfortunately, it's a false joy because when I change in use vshmenu, I only have the left and right buttons, and if I modify only the bottom buttons.
Can you help me again?
Thank you.

if there is a key that doesn't work
it may be due to damaged rubber, you will need to remove the front panel

Where is the R button on the PSP? Because mine is a hard black button but I can’t press it because it’s rigid, which prevents me from accessing the menu. Can someone help me?
