Etat de crise : Norton ne veut pas démarrer

Bonjour à tous.Je viens d'installer Windows XP. Ensuite j'ai voulu remettre Norton 2004 qui s'est installé. Cependant je ne peut pas le démarrerPourquoi ?Merci de votre aide

tu est surement infectée par un virus/ver/troyen qui désactive ton antivirus.télécharge rescuedisk ici:http://www.centralcommand.com/ts/dl/rescuedisk.execrée les 4 disquettes de secours avec.boote avec les disquettes puis scanne et nettoie ton pc.*** http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ ****** http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/ ***
