Hello,
Excuse me for this silly question but I don't know how to remove the TomTom from its suction mount.
There is nothing about it in the manual except for a drawing. I'm afraid to force it and break everything. So I'm having to remove the TomTom with its suction cup every time... not cool.
Thank you in advance.
Have a great weekend.

I bought a Tom Tom One XL GPS less than a year ago.
The suction cup wouldn’t hold for more than 10 minutes
so one day the device fell on the gear lever and the screen broke...
TOM Tom refuses to honor the warranty and tells me that I’m a liar and that a screen can't break from falling on a gear lever...
Device and after-sales service are terrible, and the customer service shows bad faith.
To cover up the faults of their devices, they accuse customers and treat them with disdain and irony over the phone...
MORAL OF THE STORY: buy another brand!

Hello, I have had the same tool for about 2 years with limited use and I am on my second mount
I have also had several falls on the dashboard
To date, I am looking to buy a "universal" mount that seems more reliable than the original TomTom mount, but the choice is vast and the promises of advertisers are often fanciful, so!!!!!
