Bonjour,

Je pense avoir chopé un ou plusieurs virus. Quand je me connecte a internet, mon pare feu windows XP affiche un message d'alerte en anglais : "do you want to block this software from sending data over the internet ?
Name : Trojan -Spy.Win32.greenScreen ou Trojan-Spy.Win32.keylogger.aa.
Le nom du cheval de troie change à chaque fois...
Trois options sont proposées : "keep blocking", "Unblock", "Enable protection" mais seul "enable protection" n'est pas grisée. Quand je clique sur enable protection, une page internet s'ouvre sur des produits SmartSoft, des logiciels anti espion ; si je ferme la fenetre m'indiquant que le cheval de troie essaye d'acceder a internet, il ne passe rien.
Je ne sais plus quoi faire et j avoue que je ne suis pas assez calé pour réoudre le problème. HELP HELP!!! Mon logiciel antivirus est Avast et il me signale de nombreux virus a chaque fois que je suis sur internet.

    - Télécharge HijackThis V 2.02 (HijackThis Installer) :
    http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe

    - Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

    - Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

    - Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file

    - Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse.

    ---> Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme sur la capture :

    [*] Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître : au message qui apparaît (Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort), tape 1 puis valide.

    J ai eu bcp de mal à supprimer mcafee, mais je m en suis sorti, j ai desinstallé egalement Avast et installer Antivir...
    Je suis en train de faire le scan...ca rique d etre un peu long...
    Je te recontacterai demain en fin d apres midi, pour qu on puisse terminer de desinstaller ces bestioles, car je bosse toute la journee ...des que le scan est fini je t envoie le rapport ce soir ou demain matin...

    Aie Aie Aie, j ai decoché les lignes que tu m as indiqué pour Hijack, jusque là pas de problème, mais par contre je n'arrive pas à désinstaller les traces de Mcafee...quand je lance mcpr.exe un message d'erreur apparait :
    "please exit the session"
    "Mcafee enterprise software detected. Cannot continue.please contact Mcafee technical support". quest'ce que je peux faire ?

    ---> Télécharge CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
    https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

    ---> Lance-le. Va dans "Options" puis "Avancé", tu décoches la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc...". Tu vas dans "Nettoyeur", tu fais "Analyse". Une fois terminé, tu lances le nettoyage. Puis tu vas dans "Registre", tu fais "Chercher des erreurs". Une fois terminé, tu répares toutes les erreurs sans sauvegarder la base de registre.

    ---> Puis poste un nouveau rapport HijackThis

    C'est beaucoup mieux, as-tu encore des problèmes ?

    ---> Menu démarrer > Exécuter > services.msc > OK

    ---> Double-clique sur McAfee Framework Service (McAfeeFramework)

    ---> Mets le type de démarrage en désactivé

    Au pire, réinstalle correctement McAfee, redémarre puis utilise le désinstallateur que je t'ai filé.
