SNCF tickets -> issue with printing them

Hello, I need to print train tickets booked on the SNCF website.
They have been downloaded in Acrobat, but the printed sheet always comes out blank. I've checked, my printer works for other files (my documents). Thank you for your help. I am on a Windows 98 PC.

    Thanks for your quick response. The SNCF has sent me the tickets to download via email, which I've done. I've entered the 6 letters to register + the name. So these tickets are in Acrobat Reader, ready to be printed, and as soon as I start the printing, it gives me a blank page. I think the problem, in my opinion, lies within the software. Because when I tested in Word, I can print documents. So....? I don’t know what to do; do I need to configure something in the printer specifically for the tickets....... @+ Bye.
