SNCF website access issue

Question

Hello,I don't understand why I can no longer access the ticket booking page on the SNCF website. I always had access a few months ago and today, nothing. I haven't changed anything in my PC and internet settings (I've tried restoration, cleaning, defragmentation... but nothing works). Can someone please help me? I don't know what to do anymore.

To order tickets, I had to use Firefox because Explorer wouldn't open the windows for me. Now it works!

The problem is always the same on January 16, 2009... it's a real catastrophe.. a nuisance for all users that no one talks about?

Persistent incompetence? Indifference? Abuse of dominant position, .. what if we all went to the train stations and platforms to block the work of SNCF agents.... and demand that Mr. Pépy leaves due to incompetence if he can't solve such a simple IT problem... fortunately, he doesn't run an airline... this is really starting to exceed the limits of what is acceptable.

Indeed, it has been more than 2 months since it has been impossible to book a ticket online.... sabotage? This forces us to go to the ticket counter and justifies jobs? When you travel several times a month, going through the ticket counter with a 20-minute wait each time is really a waste of time. I'm fine with not buying online anymore, but at that point, there needs to be an efficient and accessible service at the station.

It's clear that it annoys me too...
What I do is connect early in the morning when I wake up or late at night (after 10 PM it starts to work ^^)

They probably don't have the infrastructure to handle all the traffic.

Otherwise, on the Selectour site, you can book train tickets like on the SNCF site, with subscription cards, etc... sometimes it can be helpful!

Connection impossible on the SNCF voyages website on March 19, 20, and 21, 2009.
In short, it's impossible to check the schedules or buy a ticket.
Their site is crappy. CRAPPY.
It's nice to say it because I think it's out of service more often
in the year than it's actually functioning.
Yet with the price of tickets, they should be able to create a website
that works?! It's not complicated! So, they should fire all their incompetent directors
and hire young people...

Impossible today to access the SNCF.com site to book a train ticket. You can't even display the schedules. It's really getting bad.
I was in the same situation a month ago, for a round trip to Bordeaux with my wife. As a result: I booked plane tickets online from the site: https://voyageforum.com/billets_avion/ and it's not necessarily more expensive!
I find out that this has been going on for at least six months: really incompetent, at SNCF!!!

It's not an issue on the SNCF website; it's truly a blockage that appears after several months of connecting without problems. I don't know the cause, but what I'm sure of is that when I connect with a different PC than mine, it works!!

It's definitely a big mess this site; I don't understand why I'm blocked with my PC. I've tried everything and nothing works. If anyone has found a solution, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hello,  there is a workaround: set the PC's time back a few minutes before accessing the site www.voyages-sncf.com. And it works.  see you later

Except for rare occasions where the problem actually comes from the site, the issue generally comes from the computer used for the connection.
The solution:
tools > internet options > in the "general" tab, click on delete cookies + temporary files
and everything will be back to normal.
