Unsolicited SMS from 36222 and 36888

and it keeps going, I sent STOP 11 times the first time on 21/11 and I just resent it on 25/11, I don’t receive any message back each time! I’m fed up.

The word STOP works very well, one message and hop it’s done ;)

I'm experiencing the same issue with receiving sexual content SMS from 36222 and 36888.
I contacted Orange. They advise using the word STOP and sending it back to the sender via SMS.
I just did that.
I will come back in a week to post a message to say if it worked or not.

I also received unwanted texts from 36222 and 36888. I sent an email to these three recipients: patrick.thinet@indexmultimedia.com; sales@indexmultimedia.com; info@indexmultimedia.com

So, do the same and do not feed the system by sending STOP.

I experience the same thing. And I think I've figured out why. Did you happen to use the SNCF service to book your tickets over the phone (at 3635)? One day, I messed up and dialed 3536, ended up on a dating service but hung up right away. Since then, I've been receiving texts (4 or 5 a day, it's very annoying!) from Cathy who is desperate to meet me in my city (what a coincidence)... Anyway, thanks for the solution. I'll try it right away.

Similarly for the number 36888, send "STOP" (in capital letters) the message is at the price of a normal SMS (personally 10 cents for the ORANGE operator, M6 Mobile blocked plan) and you will receive a confirmation message from the number (36888) within a few seconds.

Hello, you send the stop to the number that sent you the SMS, not to the number provided in the SMS. Like the 4 or 5-digit numbers that send you this, reply to them and you will receive a confirmation of your unsubscription.
