Hello,
When I try to save documents in Word, my files are saved as "~WRL(...).tmp" and I can't open these files. What does that mean? What should I do? Could you please help me?
Thank you in advance

Hello,
These TMP files are temporary files automatically created by Word. In principle, when the document or Word is closed, they should disappear.
Files that start with ~wrl are clipboard files. This happens especially when you copy an item from one document to paste it into another and you close the first document.
And if, as is your case, the file is on a floppy disk, Word copies the entire file into the temporary folder.

ps: you can of course delete these files.
