SAGE Payroll version 8 to version 11

Hello,
I would like to know how to upgrade from version 8 of Sage Paie100 to version 11 (without having to go through the intermediate versions, namely 9 and 10).
If it's impossible, where could I find demo versions to migrate to version 11
(I only have versions 8 and 11).
