Hello,
I filmed with my phone and the video is in mp4 format. However, there is no sound either with Windows Media Player or VLC.
What should I do?

Hey everyone. I've found a solution to get sound with an MP4 file on VLC. I struggled to find it, but it works for me.
Go to Tools/Preferences.
Then at the bottom, it says "simple" or "all." Click on "all," then go to the Audio tab and click on the small "+", then click on Visualization.
And there it says Audio Visualizations; you expand the little thing where it says "preset" and set it to "Visualization filter," and it should work.

Sorry, but where are the tools?

Uh... lol, "tools" is one of the tabs located just above your screen when you open the VLC software... ^ ^
