Open x_t file with catia

I received a file with the x_t extension and I can't open it with CATIA V5.
If anyone can help me.

    Hello,

    this is a Parasolid file: https://filext.com/file-extension/X_T

    Ask the sender to resend the file in a format compatible with your Catia, or in a neutral format (Iges, Dxf, Dwg...)

    could you please let me know if you were able to get the CATIA help file because I am currently learning the V5R10 software and it’s hard without the help file
