yes, I had to completely reinstall everything on my computer after it completely froze, and my computer store couldn't resolve it. It cost me a lot, as Outlook 2007 was no longer available, I downloaded Outlook 2016 to get Word and Excel, which also cost me quite a bit. And I still didn't have my email. I was advised to download Windows Live Mail for free, which allowed me to access my email, Movie Maker, etc.

You are asking me to download Microsoft Office, what do you mean? I have Outlook.com, is that what you're talking about?

Actually, I think my problem comes from the emails saved on my external hard drive under the old Outlook 2007 and that they are not compatible with Windows Live Mail 2012. Additionally, I'm having trouble opening the other folders saved in my documents as PDFs, for the same reason.
