Hello everyone,
I have a problem that seems to have already occurred with some of you, but not necessarily in the same way as with me.
My Benq FP71GX flat screen was in sleep mode, and I decided to get back to work on the computer.
The screen won't turn on. Moving my mouse, pressing keys, nothing works.
Well, the yellow LED turns back to green.
I forcefully shut down the computer and turn it back on.
I hear the characteristic little beep, everything seems to be working normally… except the screen won't turn on. The LED is indeed green… but it remains eternally black!
The computer "thinks," as usual when it starts up, it seems to be doing everything right… but the screen won't turn on!
I unplugged and replugged the screen’s power supply… but nothing.
I unplugged and replugged the cable connecting the screen to the computer… but nothing.
This problem has happened to me before, but usually, fiddling with the cable connecting the screen to the video card would bring the image back.
Do you have any idea about this issue?
Thanks in advance,
Le Glauque
