Salut nylda !

Télécharge  hijackthis : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe et l enregistrer à la racine du disque c:

-une fois installé, le renommer scan.exe
-Double-clic dessus 
- Clic sur "Do a system scan and save the log" 
- copier le rapport, le coller dans la réponse

quand tu as le bloc note avec le rapport sur l écran, cliques sur "édition" dans la barre d outils au dessus et ensuite tu cliques sur "sélectionner tout"

ensuite tu recliques sur "édition" et tu selectionnes "copier"

ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre, tu fais un clic droit à l emplacement pour répondre et tu sélectionnes "coller"...ensuite tu envois  ;)

je t aurai appris à faire un copier/coller  lol  ;)

ton pc est bien infecté...commence par faire ceci :

Télécharge Fixwareout : http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe

Double clique sur Fixwareout.exe
Clique "Next", puis "Install", et vérifie que "Run fixit" soit coché, puis tu cliques "Finish".
Suivre les directives à l'écran.
L'outils va te demander de redémarrer ton PC, tu redémarres.

Le redémarrage risque de prendre un peu plus de temps, ceci est normal.

Le rapport va t'être dans le bloc note lors du redémarrage et tu pourras le sauvegarder.

Pour me copier/coller le rapport du "Bloc note" tu vas dans le menu Édition et clique sur "Sélectionner tout" et retourne dans "Édition" et clique sur "copier"
Sur le forum, faire un click droit et cliquer sur "coller".  

ensuite :

télécharger sur le bureau Navilog1 : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Si votre antivirus s'affole , le désactiver 
=sous vista : Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
sous XP :

= double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer 
Quand installé 
= taper F 
= Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options 
= Choisir Recherche ( = taper 1 ) 
ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes 

un rapport : fixnavi.txt 
dans ==> C : 
le copier et le coller dans la réponse

Télécharge sur le bureau virtumundobegone : 
http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe 

déconnecte internet et désactive ton antivirus le temps de la manipulation



=> Double clic sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe 
=> Clic Continue ==> clic Start 
=> Clic Oui 
=> A la fin si Vundo est présent , le PC s’éteint et redémarre 
- Si Ecran bleu et message : Erreur fatale .. pas de problème 
=> Poster le rapport VBG.TXT qui est sur le bureau 

ensuite :

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : 

https://forospyware.com

et enregistre le sur le Bureau. 

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Salut !!

je ne connais pas bien avast donc je ne saurais pas te dire où se trouve la quarantaine...ca doit etre dans le journal de .......(je ne sais plus quoi)..

fais ceci pour toolbarSD :

Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". 
! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression ! 
Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici. 

NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches. 
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..." 
Tape explorer puis valide. 

ensuite refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis pour vérifier stp

oui y a antivir qui est plus performant mais on fera ca apres la désinfection...fais ceci :

= double-clic sur mbam-setup pour lancer l'installation 
= Installer simplement sans rien modifier 
= Quand le programme lancé ==> faire une mise à jour ensuite cocher Exécuter un examen complet 
= Clic Rechercher 
= Eventuellement décocher les disque à ne pas analyser 
= Clic Lancer l'examen 
= En fin de scan , si infection trouvée 
==> Clic Afficher résultat 
= Fermer vos applications en cours 
= Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection 

un rapport s'ouvre le copier et le coller dans la réponse 

Puis redémarrer le pc !!

Et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :  

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner 
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.bat et laisse le travailler 
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse


Désactive et réactive la Restauration du système :
 
1 Dans la barre des tâches de Windows, clique sur Démarrer.
 
2 Clique avec le bouton droit de la souris sur Poste de travail puis clique sur Propriétés.
 
3 Dans l'onglet Restauration du système, coche "Désactiver la Restauration du système"

4 Clique sur Appliquer.
  
5 Ensuite décoche "Désactiver la restauration du systeme"

6 clique sur appliquer puis ok

7 vas créer un point de restauration dans accessoires----outils systeme----restauration du systeme.

comment se fait il que tu n arrives pas à copier/coller le rapport ??

on s occupera de ton antivirus apres la désinfection, rappelle le moi  ;-)

pour les icones, fais un clic droit sur ton bureau et choisis propriétés.

ensuite tu cliques sur la rubrique "bureau" => personnalisation du bureau => rubrique "web" => décoches la case "verrouiller les éléments de bureau" => ok => appliquer => ok

Option 1 - Recherche :


télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau à cette adresse (c est le numéro 2 en bas de la page) : 

https://www.androidworld.fr/

Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.


(Attention : "process.exe", un composant de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un "RiskTool". 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, 
cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité.)

ton problème n est pas encore résolu, il reste des infections dans ton pc  :s

je te conseille de faire une recherche avec smitfraudfix comme je t avais demandé au message 55

et je te conseille aussi de rester au SP2 et de ne pas prendre le SP3

Ca faisait longtemps  lol

fais ceci maintenant stp :

Option 2 - Nettoyage :


&#x25B6; Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec (tapoter rapidement la touche F8 au démarrage du pc pour obtenir le menu des options avancées).

&#x25B6; Double cliquer sur smitfraudfix

&#x25B6; Sélectionner 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

&#x25B6; A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.

Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté. A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.

&#x25B6; Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau


&#x25B6; Redémarrer en mode normal et poster le rapport.

Salut nylda !!

il faut absolument que tu fasse le nettoyage de SmitfraudFix, il y a les 2 fichiers suivant à supprimer :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\1.ico PRESENT !
C:\WINDOWS\system32\2.ico PRESENT ! 

Pourquoi n arrives tu pas à redémarrer en mode sans échec ?? tu ne comprends pas ce que tu dois faire ??

une petite fenetre apparrait j'appuie sur entree
et windws se telecharge normalement ??
merci de me dire quoi faire es ce que je ne peut pas suppprimer ces 2 fichiers 
en allant sur le disque dur directement?

Salut !!

au démarrage de ton PC, après la première image (celle de la marque de ton ton PC), il faut que tu tapotes rapidement la touche F8 jusqu à l apparition du menu des options avancées... Ensuite à l aide des flèches du clavier, tu sélectionnes mode sans échec et tu valide par enter.

Ensuite tu fais l option 2 de smitfraudfix, tu enregistres le rapport sur ton bureau..

puis tu redémarres en mode normal et tu postes le rapport
