Issue: Cursor appearing everywhere.

Hello,

I have a problem.

When I click on a web page, a cursor appears as if I want to write something. It's annoying; it shows up everywhere, and I can't find a solution to fix it.

Thank you for your help, I hope I explained my issue clearly. 

Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.15

    Try changing the cursor in ..

    Control Panel / Mouse / Pointers...(change the model)

    go to Control Panel
    Mouse
    Pointer Options
    and check if
    Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key and Improve pointer precision are not checked, if so uncheck them
