The window that appears when connecting to the analog output

Try this (With version 1903 of W10):

Plug your headphones or earphones into the PC.

Go to Settings.
System → Sound

Output and Input section.
Select your speakers.

You can reset the settings:
At the bottom of the page go to → Advanced sound options.
Click on the line → App and device volume preferences
In the new window quickly check what is selected in Output and Input (you should see Speakers in Output).
Go to the bottom of the window → Reset default values recommended by Microsoft.
Click on → Reset.




Add a shortcut for the Windows Sound volume to access options.

You can also type Sound in the search field on the taskbar, this will open the sound options.
Go to the Playback tab.
Right-click on your speakers.
Check:
-Show disabled devices.
- Show disconnected devices.
Right-click on your speakers and then click on → Enable.

Check the Recording tab → Microphone.


For the Audio manager, check in the control panel if you see it.

Updating or reinstalling the driver may fix the problem.
To see if a new version is available, go to My drivers
Check certified drivers, uncheck beta version, then confirm.
Then check if an Audio driver is available.

Another solution:
System restore to a date before the problem, or upgrade (upgrade) Windows 10 to get the latest version 1903 currently
