Hello,
I bought a Tomtom Start 20 GPS this morning, I plugged it in and then installed My Tomtom on the Tomtom website. It downloaded a map that it then tried to put on my Tomtom, but the transfer failed, so I no longer have a map and my GPS doesn't work anymore; it stays on "Map Not Found!"
It tells me to insert a memory card containing a map or use My Tomtom to install a map.
AND I DIDN'T SAVE ANYTHING
