I forgot my password and Tom Tom gives me another one but it's not accepted. What should I do knowing that on the phone I have to wait up to 35 minutes?

I find the customer service very lamentable. They make you go around in circles without giving you any details, and even less a solution on how to contact them!
The phone: 01 ... what is that? In the USA? 001 = USA - 01 = ??

During an order for a mounting support for my TOM-TOM, an error occurred and while the payment by a first credit card was announced as unauthorized, I renewed it with payment from another card. To my great surprise, I received two order confirmations by email: No. 308292303 and No. 308292338. Consequently, I request that you cancel one of them.
I await your acknowledgment of receipt of this message and confirmation of this cancellation.

tomtom is hiding and for good reason, this is the second time that my GPS has been wiped of all data due to an update, went to Holland and came back with a new software, this has happened again.

I had also sent it to Holland, it came back to me impeccable???

Each GPS requires a Tomtom account, so 2 GPS = 2 Tomtom accounts
