Bonjour,
J'ai plusieurs problèmes avec mon pc. Voici le rapport HijackThis. Pouvez vous m'aider ? Problème avec antivirus (désinstall firewall orange mais tjrs icone clignotant, et installer Avast. Message erreur à l'allumage du pc, avec croix rouge : fonction d'analyse du courrier électronique n'est pas opérationnelle suite à une erreur grave. Si le problème persiste, contactez l'administrateur système...

pour ton erreur, c'est le firewall / antivirus orange mal désinstallé qui fait ça.
tu es bien passé par le panneau de configuration // ajout suppression de programmes pour l'enlever ?
si tu as toujours l'erreur, réinstalle le par dessus pour pouvoir le désinstaller correctement ensuite.

par contre, il me semble voir qu il y a avast et f-secure sur ton poste.
mauvaise idée, mettre plusieurs antivirus ne cause que des problemes, conflits...
je te conseille de désinstaller celui d'orange, f-secure ET avast.
ensuite tu redemarres ta machine et tu réinstalles celui de ton choix, seulement.
regarde aussi sur google à quoi ceci correspond : vsnp2uvc.exe
je ne peux pas le faire d ou je suis et je ne sais pas ce que c est sur ton poste.

Pour le vsnp2uvc.exe, je vais faire appel au forum, car il y a de multiples raisons de l'avoir sur le pc.
