Virus AdwareShopper-Help!

Bonjour,
Je viens d'etre infecté par un virus s'appelant Adware.Shopper.0 que mon antivirus Bitdefender a detecté. Il dit "qu'aucune action est possible" car il fait partie d'une archive.
Le programme est dans C:/Programfiles/shoppingreport/uninst.exe (Nsis o) izma_nsis0001
Ma question est, est-ce que je peux effecer le fichier "shopping report" en toute sécurite ou est ce que c'est un fichier important au fonctionnement de l'ordinateur (sinon l'antivirus l'aurait suprimer non?)
Merci beaucoup d'avance pour toute aide, je n'y connais rien et je n'ai pas envie d'empirer les choses

    Salut,

    ShopperReports est une infection.

    - Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware :
    http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.htm

    - Mets-le à jour

    - Démarre en mode sans échec :
    https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows-mode-sans-echec/

    - Choisis ta session habituelle

    - Fais un scan complet avec MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

    - Supprime tout ce que le logiciel trouve, enregistre le rapport

    - Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici

    Si tu le fais en mode sans échec, l'antivirus ne sera pas en route.

    Je suis désolé de te déranger encore, j'ai consulté la page https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows-mode-sans-echec/ et je ne connais pas le mot de passe ni mon nom d'utilisateur...
    vraiment désolé pour toutes ses questions, je ne suis pas doué du tout en informatique et j'ai deja planter un ordi donc j'ai un peu peur...

    Merci pour ta patience.. mais pourquoi ils disent de demarrer en mode sans echec si ca marche en mode normal? la j'effectu le scan, pour l'instant 27 trouver, est ce que je les supprime tous?(pouquoi mon antivirus n'en a detecté qu'un seul?). merci encore

    C'est mieux en mode sans échec mais ça marche en mode normal.

    Une fois le scan terminé, tu supprimes la sélection.

    Bonjour,

    Je viens de resoudre le meme probleme il y a 5 min. Il faut aller dans la location du virus (chez moi etait indiquee dans le dossier Program Files, identifier le sous dossier "Shoping Report" et l'effacer manuelement, puis vider la corbeille. Le truc est instale dans l "unist.exe" , mais j'ai efface le dossier tout entier.
