AVAST ET VIRUS WIN32

Bonjour,

avast me signale un virus- lorsque je lui demande de le mettre en quarantaine ou le supprimer, j'ai la réponse suivante : "LE PROCESSUS NE PEUT PAS ACCEDER AU FICHIER, CAR LE FICHIER EST UTILISE PAR UN AUTRE PROCESSUS"

"impossible de traiter le fichier C Windows System32 JjJy YOec.dll"

QUE FAIRE ???? PANIQUE A BORD ????

Je ne sais pas si c'est important mais le WIN32 a été également detecté par WIndows D2fender et mis en quarantaine.

Dois je m'inquiéter ????

    Avec le gestionnaire de tâches il faut arrêter le processus concerné

      tu clique(droit) sur la barre des tâches ensuite tu clique sur Gestionnaire des tâches tu clique sur l'onglet processus, tu selectionne le processus concerné et tu clique sur "Arrêter le processus"

      sont soucis est là

      et vu le nom il ne doit pas être seul !!!!

      je te conseil quand même de commencer par un rapport HijackThis qui nous en diras un peu plus long

      OK après avoir cliquer sur onglet processus comment savoir celui à selectionner ??

      QUEL NOM PEUT IL PORTER ?????

      Sinon j'ai vu comment le selectionner et l'arreter mon problème est de selectionner le bon dans la liste qui ressemble aussi à du chinois !

    En clair ce rapport nous donne les processus actif et les clés

    il nous montre pour l'instant une infection

    Recherche dans Ajout et suppression de programmes, via le Panneau de configuration.
    et dans C:\Program Files en suivant ce chemin: Démarrer > Poste de travail > Disque C: > Program Files

    antivirus-2008pro.exe

    Supprime-le.

    fait de même dans C:\Program Files en suivant ce chemin: Démarrer > Poste de travail > Disque C: > Program Files
    Tu le recherche et supprime.

    ensuite

    Télécharge malwarebytes
    http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
    Une aide pour l'installation

    => Installe le
    => Ensuite va en mode sans echec

    Relance le Pc et tapote la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage
    Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionne Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel

    => Lance malwarebytes
    => Coche "Executer un examen complet"
    => Si tu es en présence d'une infection à la fin de l'examen clique sur "ok"
    => Clique sur Supprimer la sélection
    => Pour poster le rapport Clique sur l'onglet Rapports/Logs, sélectionne celui t'intéresse et clique sur Ouvrir
    => Fait copier coller et poste le rapport

      j'ai commencé la manip et j'ai bien supprimé antivirus 2008 prox exec (trouvé il y a qqes jour sur mon bureau ! spybot l'avait trouvé mais n'avait pu le supprimer-
      pour en revenir a la manip que je suis en train de faire, je ne l'ai trouvé qu'une seule fois -
      est ce que je peux poursuivre car tu as l'air de dire qu'il peut se trouver à deux endroits sur mon disque C

    et pas que sur le Bureau

    pour la suite

    => Extraire tout

    Probablement à la suite d'une infection
    J'avais partitionné mon disk dur en c: et d:
    Quand je regarde dans "Poste de travail" plus de trace de ces diisk
    Je n'ai plus accés à "Panneau de configuration"
    Par contre si je passe par "Outils d'administration" et "Gestionnaire de disque" , je les vois
    Il y a un remède , de toute façon je pense recharger à partir du CD d'origine
    Suite à infection je me retrouve avec 4 ou 5 "Anti qqch" qui me disent 4 ou 12 ou 32 ou etc... infections
    à qui faire confiance , qui est le bon ?
    C'est amusant ces virus , moi je restaure tout et basta !
