Samsung TV sound is bad, help!!!

Hello,
I purchased a Samsung TV model le37a568 and I am very disappointed with the sound; the dialogues seem muffled at times while some ambient noises are disproportionate. Additionally, there is a rather unpleasant clicking sound when switching from certain ads to another or when a noise suddenly appears after a silence.
I'm reaching out to the owners of this model or any other Samsung TV; I would like to know if this is a recurring issue with this brand or if I should send it for repair.

Hello,
I just found your message regarding the sound issue with your Samsung TV, and since I'm experiencing the same problem with the LE37A568 television I just bought, I would like to know if your issue has been resolved and how?
Someone from customer service came, but he told me he didn't hear anything unusual!!!
Yet I don't think I'm dreaming!

Personally, I have the 40" LCD, and I have no sound issues... Hopefully, it lasts...!

So, if the Darty salespeople (I have nothing against them!) say it......! ;)
Personally, my sound is excellent, and the TV doesn't heat up at all, to the point that if it were to fail me, I would buy another one..... I have many Samsung devices (screens, phones, TV, fax...) and I have never had to contact customer service for anything!
I have no interest in the company, either...

Hello,

I have a Samsung LCD TV model LE37...551 (approximately)
I also have poor sound quality; my limited audio knowledge has led me to "hear" that it’s a defect in the right speaker (probably a torn membrane).
To check if it’s the same problem, go into the settings and leave only the low frequencies (bass) while cutting all the treble and mid-range. Put the balance to the right and see what it sounds like, then switch it to the left and listen as well!

This way you’ll know if your speaker is damaged!

As for me, I’m calling customer service on Monday :) WHO’S HAPPY????

I also have a problem with the sound on my Samsung television that decreases by itself and doesn't come back up even when I press the remote control, and it's extremely annoying. I absolutely have to unplug the TV to turn it back on.

Hello, several of us own Samsung flat screens, and I can confirm the sound is terrible, as if this brand wants to promote its home theaters!!!
