Samsung TV sound is bad, help!!!

Hello,
I purchased a Samsung TV model le37a568 and I am very disappointed with the sound; the dialogues seem muffled at times while some ambient noises are disproportionate. Additionally, there is a rather unpleasant clicking sound when switching from certain ads to another or when a noise suddenly appears after a silence.
I'm reaching out to the owners of this model or any other Samsung TV; I would like to know if this is a recurring issue with this brand or if I should send it for repair.

I just found your message regarding the sound issue with your Samsung TV, and since I'm experiencing the same problem with the LE37A568 television I just bought, I would like to know if your issue has been resolved and how?
Someone from customer service came, but he told me he didn't hear anything unusual!!!

To have decent sound, external speakers can be added, but you won’t be able to adjust the volume with the remote control anymore.
Now I have no more problems with the sound. The customer service intervened a second time and made the right adjustments....
