Netflix background music volume too high Solved

Hello,

Since yesterday my phone has been increasing the volume of my Netflix episodes. I'm watching Good Doctor on my iPHONE XR (updated, everything is configured correctly). I have the same problem as with a TV, meaning I can barely hear the voices (very low volume), there are 2 background music tracks, one of which shouldn't be there and is very loud (I can't hear anything because of this music). I'm watching the series in French but I tried watching it in the original version (English) and there was no loud music and everything was perfectly audible.

Have you had this problem and do you have a solution?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 15.1

Good evening, I have exactly the same problem as you with the same series and in French version; I think there is a defect. It's a bit of a shame, I can't help you, just confirm
the best thing is to watch in original version. Personally, I have this problem in season 1 episode 11 :(

Same issue with episode 11 of season 1, in VF  I imagine that Netflix had a problem uploading the episode, but it's true that it makes the viewing experience very unpleasant.

Hello, I am autistic, I thought it was intentional. I would be disappointed if it was just a bug. Because I think it's genius. It's an episode where Shaun loses it, does unusual things, and feels overwhelmed. For me, the soundtrack of this episode perfectly represents how one perceives the world when not feeling well as an autistic person. The entire episode is dissonant, it hurts my ears a lot, several pieces of music overlap and sometimes we hear ambient sounds at the same level. This is exactly what Shaun must hear in that state, in any case, it often happens to me to hear everything at the same level and to enter sensory overload. So I would be very disappointed if it was a bug, because if it's intentional it's genius.
