Hello,

I bought a weather station from the brand INOVALLEY, but I am very disappointed; the weather station (base) does not pick up the outdoor sensors.
Reinstalled several times, the same problem persists, and the so-called automatic search for the sensors always ends in failure.

Hello,

Same model of weather station, and the same problem with the outdoor sensor, which only picks up at 2cm from its base (!)...
If it's 5 meters away (outside, which is its intended purpose)... it remains undiscovered by its base...
I thought I read somewhere that a power supply (3-volt adapter) was needed to solve this issue. Since I have a basin and an electrified and waterproof surveying device, I will give it a try...

It's a shame because this station was very promising, its design is successful, and its numerous graphic possibilities... I remain frustrated not to have the external temperature and humidity... yet it's not for lack of trying all the channels and all the outdoor positions!

I sent an email to Inovalley to report this problem and to see if there was a "trick"... we will see.

Beware of the "modern man" who sells this product for 250 euros!!! It's a rip-off, on CDISCOUNT it's 147 euros!

Good evening, I also bought this weather station and the outdoor sensor remains untraceable, unless I place it 2 cm away, then it works. I am very disappointed because the design is quite successful.

So, did you get any answers or tips?

Because for me it's the same, impossible to catch on, disappointing!

No, I still don't understand, I sent a message to Inovalley and they haven't replied, I'm very disappointed given the price of the product.

Same here, I just sent them an email... But I doubt they'll respond, it's really a joke that the signal doesn't go through thick walls or double glazing, okay, but just a few meters in the same room without obstacles!

It's a shame because without that, the product is perfect, I'm going to keep pressing them until I get a response ^^

Same problem with this station, I thought I was all alone!!! Station purchased 3 weeks ago, I will contact Conrad because this was an order placed with them. I will see what they propose.

If you on your side have found a solution!! Thank you in advance.

mine picks up the sensor at 15m, and I placed the central unit by the window because in the center of the room it struggles to connect due to the 60cm stone wall.

Bizarrely, my other weather station (bought at Babou for €14) picks up the 2 external sensors! This Inovalley brand is really crap.

Hello, could someone please help me? I bought the Innovaley SMPro50 weather station, but unfortunately, it always stays on the sun icon regardless of the weather—snow, rain, etc. I've tried everything: different batteries, different locations, nothing changes. Even if I set it to cloud, it goes back to sun. However, it gives me the correct temperatures, pressures, etc. I've inserted the batteries in every possible orientation, transmitters first and base after, and vice versa, but nothing changes. It's been a month and a half that it's stuck on the sun. Thank you for your help!

In weather stations that hold up, with readings that can be posted online, the entry level of the range starts with the Oregon Scientific WMR200 (€290) and at the high end (€650) the WMR300. Then in the Davis brand, we have the Vantage Vue, and even better, the Vantage Pro 2.
