Eaton inverter protection station 500 beep

Hello
I have a eaton protection station 500 inverter that beeps every 30 seconds while it's functioning on power, and continuously if I unplug it from the power source.
I've disassembled the inverter but can't seem to find the issue; the power is well distributed to the outlets, it's just the constant beeping that has become really bothersome. Thank you for your assistance in finding a solution.

if the voltage of this grid is poor or absent, the UPS continues to operate on battery: button 8 flashes green. In normal mode, the audible alarm emits a signal every 5 seconds, then every 2 seconds as the battery autonomy nears its end.
If the duration of the power outage exceeds the battery autonomy, the UPS stops and must be restarted when the power returns by pressing button 8. After a complete discharge, it takes a few hours to restore full autonomy.
