Acer Nitro 5 and USB-C docking station

Hello
I have a personal Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57-54WZ with a USB-C 3.2 port.
When I connect my HP Dock G5 via USB-C, only the USB ports and Ethernet are recognized; the external displays and charging do not work...
The same happens with a personal hub...
I get a limited connectivity message.
How can I get my external displays to work through my USB-C port?

Hello
Strange, it is supposed to work as is, I have one but on an HP PC with HP screens. That said, it is supposed to work with most brands. Is the docking power supply properly connected and functional?
Best regards

This docking requires software.
In this case, I don't have a specific idea, except to contact HP or test another PC from a different brand. They specify that it is compatible with a wide range of PCs, not that it is universal.
Also, check on the PC itself if there is something missing from Acer that would allow the management to function. Ask them the question.

Hello,
Just in case, has anyone managed to get their ACER working with the HP Dock G5 station? I'm doing fine with my work PC (HP) but not with my ACER... Sniff. I've installed the driver, and the keyboard, mouse, and other USBs are working fine. But the screens are a no-go.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Hello
I did quite a bit of research and in the end, despite the numerous descriptions of the PC model on the internet and those from the seller, which all tell me it's compatible for multi-screens via USB-C, Acer wrote to me that the model is not compatible...
I found a way to return it to get another one, but with HP, I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have any problems.
