Aide analyse du rapport hijackthis

Bonjour,
merci encore de m'aider a résoudre ce probleme

internet explorer 7 et mozilla firefox ne fonctionnent toujours pas correctement.je demare mozilla et inetrnet explorer et il ne chargent pas la ni la page d'accueil ni les autres me disant que le temps d'attente est dépassé.Msn ne fontionne pas non plus en revanche counter strike fonctionne a merveille ce n'est donc pas un probleme externe.
