Bonjour, presque tous les jours mon anti-virus Avast reçoit des "Message suspect!" ,aujourd'hui j'en ai reçu trois ,en me signalant qu'il y a trop de mails identiques envoyés dans un faible intervale de temps.
Les Expéditeurs de ces messages ne sont jamais les méme: -Amores</:if-*t'_1984@HospitalConsort.org , -Buehler<chuk-icsu@HospitalConsort.org et -Ristrom<iehungen2007@HospitalConsort.org
Les Destinateurs sont bizarrement -thierry.martin90@wanadoo.fr , -thierry.malfois@wanadoo.fr et -thierry.mantelet@wanadoo.fr.
Avec pour sujet soit "Free tickets to the NBA finals" ou "Guaranteed size increase or money back".

A)- Je ne te comprends pas; pourquoi voudrais-tu réinstaller Norton/Symantec dès lors que nous te demandons de le supprimer ?
Pourquoi te le demandons-nous ? Parce que je rappelle qu'un principe veut qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul Antivirus actif sur un PC.
B)- Maintenant, et puisque je constate que Avast ne te sert pas à grand-chose (sinon à t'avertir qu'il a laissé infecter ton PC !!).
Alors, fais-moi plaisir; applique ceci:
1)- Télécharger ANTIVIR sur le site de l'éditeur pour avoir la dernière version qui est celle-ci pour xp: < https://www.avira.com/en/free-antivirus-windows >
et qui prend en compte la case Rootkit.

4)- Procédure d'utilisation:
Après l'installation du programme et avant de lancer l'analyse, ...
...il faut redémarrer le PC en mode sans échec, comme ceci:

Lancer Antivir en Scan complet ( analyse avancée )
Poster le rapport SVP.
L'analyse:
- Lancer Antivir en Scan complet (analyse avancée) en faisant un click-droit sur l’icône d’Antivir dans la « barre des taches » en bas à droite (= Systray, à côté de l’horloge) puis clic sur « start Antivir »
- Cliquer sur l’onglet « scanner »
- Vérifier pour « RootKit search » et « Manuelle détection » (en développant avec la petite croix devant chacun d'eux) que tous les disques durs soient bien cochés, puis cliquer sur la loupe (en dessous de statut)
- Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir « Luke Filewalker »
- Le scan va démarrer.
- Mettre tout ce qu il trouve en "quarantine"
Le rapport:
Une fois le scan achevé, fermer les deux fenêtres d'Antivir et sauvegarder sur le bureau le rapport qui vient d'apparaître.
Redémarrer en mode normal puis poster le rapport d'Antivir (qui est sur le bureau).
C)- Télécharge et nettoie ton PC avec CCLEANER
( nettoyeur de cookies et de fichiers inutiles, et correcteur d'erreurs de clés de registre)

Refuse la Toolbar de Yahoo !
/!\ Attention /!\, Je ne sais pas si ce souci a été corrigé; à savoir que CCleaner vire les mises à jour d'Antivir.
Donc, et par précaution, il faut absolument mettre Antivir dans les exceptions des applications dans les options de CCleaner. Voila comment faire : CCleaner --> applications --> utilitaires --> AntiVir PE Classic <=== A DECOCHER IMPERATIVEMENT (sous peine de devoir retélécharger TOUTES les mises à jour de définition virale après chaque passage de CCleaner)
Lance CCleaner.
1°- Suppression des fichiers temporaires
Vas dans la section "Options" située dans la marge gauche.
Vas dans "Avancé" et décoche "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Retourne ensuite dans la section "Nettoyeur"
Fais bien attention de cocher les cases dans la marge gauche comme ceci :< http://img529.imageshack.us/img529/3765/screenshot244kn7.png >
• Clique sur "Analyse"
• Patiente le temps du scan, qui peut prendre un peu de temps si c'est la première fois.
• Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur Lancer le Nettoyage
Fais ça 2 fois de suite.
Note: Lancer "Nettoyage" par CCleaner au moins 1x/semaine.
2°- Suppression des incohérence du registre
• Clique sur l'icône « Registre » situés dans la marge à gauche.
• Puis clique sur « Analyser les erreurs »
• Patiente pendant que CCleaner scan ton registre.
• Une fois le scan terminé, coche toutes les entrées qu'il t'aura trouvées.
• Tu peux cliquer ensuite sur "Corriger les erreurs".
Si tu n'es pas sûr de ce que tu fais, tu peux choisir de "Sauvegarder les entrées cochées" pour les restaurer ultérieurement.
Recommence jusqu'à ne plus avoir d'erreur.

Télécharge Deckard's System Scanner (de Deckard) sur ton Bureau.

Ferme toutes les applications en cours.
Double-clique sur dss.exe pour lancer l'outil.
S'il ne trouve pas HijackThis, clique sur Oui.
Clique sur OK à chaque fois que cela sera semandé.
L'analyse finie, un fichier texte s'affichera (main.txt).
Ferme cette fenêtre.
Envoie le rapport main.txt de DSS (C:\Deckard\System Scanner\main.txt). -

1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.
2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.
4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.
5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.
6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :
7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.
8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.
9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.
10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)
12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.
13) Poste le rapport dans ta réponse -

ceci est un outil pour diagnostiquer ton pc .
*.Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau
*. Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme
*. Par défaut, il s'installera là C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
*. Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
*. Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
*. Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
*. Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

•- Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier dénommé "clean ".
•- Redémarre en mode sans échec. ( note bien ce que tu as à faire ).
•- Ouvre le dossier « clean » qui se trouve sur ton bureau.
•- Double-clic sur « clean.cmd ».
Une fenêtre noire va apparaître, choisis l’option 2.
Clean va travailler.
•- Redémarre normalement

Télécharge Rav antivirus: http://ww25.evosla.com/compteur.php?soft=rav_antivirus
Clique droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau
Brancher les disques amovibles (cle USB ou Disque Dur externe)
Doucle clic sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.
Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laissez-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tous les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
Si infection > un log s'établira.
Sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
Retirez vos disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur en mode normal.
Poste le rapport, si infection!
ensuite :
==> Télécharge OAD http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe
- Enregistre le sur ton bureau
Double clique sur le OAD pour le lancer
- nom de fichier à rechercher tape ou fais un copier coller de : C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\2D7E0498.exe
- Type de recherche : sélectionne l'option 6 puis valide [entree]
OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier. Laisse le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ai terminé.
Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement à dès qu'il en aura terminé.
- Fais un copier / coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain post.
Note importante : Suivant la taille des disques dur cette recherche peut prendre plusieurs minutes. Sois patient -

Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens :

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
? Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
? Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,
la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt,.
est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
? Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
avant de te reconnecter à internet.
? Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

L'installation d' une nouvelle version désinstallera l' ancienne si besoin est.
- Décocher "Téléchargez également :Adobe Photoshop® Album Édition"
- Dans Ajout/Suppression des programmes tu supprimes toutes les autres versions.
Refais une analyse complète avec HijackThis et poste le rapport SVP

Crois tu qu'il sera nécessaire de creer un Cfscript ?? pour supprimer l'éxécutable ou le renommer peut etre ?

Avais-tu désinstallé Norton/Symantec ?
Télécharge ce fichier ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/francais/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe et lance-le.
• O23 - Service: France Telecom Routing Table Service (FTRTSVC) - France Telecom - C:\WINDOWS\System32\FTRTSVC.exe
-C'est un service de FranceTelecom, bien inutile, qui malheureusement est à l'origine de plantage sur certaines machines ... (aucun probleme à l'enlever, tout fonctionnera parfaitement)
Wanadoo a tendance à ajouter des trucs qui ne servent à rien!
-Et pour exclure service inutile FTRTSVC, il suffit de faire ainsi:
Clic sur « Démarrer » > « Exécuter » ; ensuite, dans la lucarne de saisie, coller (recommencer pour chacune des trois commandes suivantes) :
1°- sc stop FTRTSVC > valider par [OK]
2°- sc config FTRTSVC start= disabled > valider par [OK]
3°- sc delete FTRTSVC > valider par [OK]

salut bon j'ai fait ce que tu m'as demandé et j'ai quelque questions :
Suis je obligé de réinstaller Norton/Symantec apré l'avoir déinstaller par Norton_Removal_Tool.exe. ?
Et pour Acrobat 7.0 ,je ne comprend pas car je l'ai supprimé de partout mais il reste dans le rapport hijackthis.(pourtant j'ai aussi mit à jour adobe reader 8)
Et pour • O23 - Service: France Telecom c'est bon il y a pas eu de soucit ^^.
