**1 then press the line take button (green phone). There is a voice that tells you if you have a message or not. If you have a message, it says to press 1 to listen and 2 to access your options - default greeting message or record your own announcement, etc. It works. Note that the voicemail gives the box number and not the number of the old operator whose number we have retained and that people are calling. So it's better to record a personal greeting message.
