Delete voice messages

Hello,

I have just acquired an Alcatel Versatis XL 360 landline phone.
I can't seem to delete the voicemail messages. The "2 new calls" notification remains at the top of the window.
Thank you in advance for providing me with a solution...

Look at section 3.3.2

While listening

You can exit the "ANSWERING MACHINE" menu by pressing the button twice.

Delete the message while listening: .

Replay the message by pressing the button while the message is playing.

Play the previous message by pressing the button during the announcement.

Play the next message by pressing the button .

Stop playback by pressing the button .
3.3.2 Delete all messages
On the base

Long press the button .

The voice guide confirms the deletion of messages.
On the handset

Enter the menu by pressing the button .

Select "ANSWERING MACHINE" and confirm with .

Select "DELETE ALL" and confirm with .

The screen displays "CONFIRM?".

Confirm by validating with Ok (menu)
