Hello everyone.
So here it is, my brother-in-law lent me his Mio C320 GPS. He also asked me to format it. I backed up the data first just in case, and I formatted it by right-clicking on the removable disk. Formatting successful.
Then I installed the latest firmware update. Perfect. I'm following the instructions, etc.
I restart the GPS, the menu appears, etc. Then I get to the screen where there are "miomap," "audio," and "settings." And there I can't access Mio Map!!! I can go to the other two, but not to Mio Map. I restored the settings to factory defaults, and it's still the same!!!! It's not the touchscreen that's the problem, as I did the screen tests and it works fine.
The problem is that before this formatting and everything else, it was working perfectly.
If someone can help me... I would be very grateful :)
Thank you in advance, and long live the forum ;)

Hello everyone, I have exactly the same problem except that when I connect it to a PC, I either see only "my device" or it shows up as a removable disk and when I click on it, a message appears saying that the USB entry is empty. I'm going on vacation in 2 days and I'm stuck, can you please help me, I would be very grateful, thank you very much :)

sorry for posting ... problem solved ;)
actually when I connected the GPS to my PC .. it opened removable disk N with all the GPS data inside .. and it also opened another removable disk called "mio device" . I just needed to copy the data into that disk, and that was it ;)

Well, listen, when you connect your GPS to your PC, it opens 2 "things." The first is called removable disk (with a letter) and the other is called mio device. You need to copy everything you have in the removable disk and paste it into mio device. Then your problem will be solved and you can go into miomap ;)
Let me know if it worked or not ;)
See you! -

Hello Romarin, I have the same issue on my end but I can't paste anything onto the removable disk; it tells me to insert a disk into the drive ????
Thank you for your help. -
I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE BUT I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING, NEITHER FORMATTING NOR UPDATING. WHEN I TRY TO GO ON MIOMAP, I GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE
(FATAL ERROR OCCURRED? RESTARTING), WHICH MEANS A FATAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED AND TO RESTART THE GPS, BUT THIS MESSAGE ALWAYS KEEPS APPEARING. WHAT A MESS THIS GPS IS! BEFORE, I HAD AN OLD GPS WITHOUT EVEN A BRAND AND I HAD NO ISSUES. TOO BAD IT GOT STOLEN. SO IF YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO, THANK YOU.
