Hello,
my printer displays the error message "ink system failure Oxc 19a0041". I have changed the cartridges twice, but nothing works - can you help me solve this problem? I really need my printer - thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 38.0

      A big thank you, meuhlol, your response really helped me. I followed all the instructions given in the link you recommended, but it didn't work, so the print head must be changed. It's nice not to be alone in facing these problems. Your response reassured and comforted me. I was able to perform all the indicated manipulations in vain. What a pity! A big thank you to you for your help.

        If your printer is still under warranty, bring it to the customer service in that case :/
