Bonjour,
je cherche de l'aide, je ne m'y connait pas trop en informatique et j'ai un bleme informatique.je suis au mali et je cherche window xp service pack 2 parce que celui ki afai les installation de mon new dell vostro 200 à du mal le faire je peux pas installer wmp11 au demarage ya toujours une fenetre pour instaler un peripherique ki s'ouvre,j'ai pas le son
mon lecteur dvd r-/+rw afiiche lecteur cd comment je fais??

    Tu veux le Service Pack 2 ? Moi je pense plutot que c'est un driver qui te manque.

    Va sur ce site : https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29 et tu clic sur "Lancer la détection". Ensuite, tu devras installer un petit logiciel "Ma-config". Il y aura plusieurs drivers classés par catégorie. Choisis le driver du son.

      ce sont les caracteristique mon ordi je suis allé sur le site touslesdrivers j'ai lancé la detection laliste de pilotes est sorti j'ai telechargé tous ceux ki etais dispo j'ai essayé d'istaller y a que celui dela carte reseau qui a pu s'istalller les autres pas je sai plus koi faire si kelkun a la solution il m'aiderait beaucoup s v p!

    j'ai varifié tou es cool
    mais j'ai pa d'icone de son dans ma barre de tache
    et kan je veu jouer u son mp3 avec wmp il m'envoi ce message d'erreur:
    Le Lecteur Windows Media ne peut pas lire le fichier parce que le périphérique audio pose problème. Votre ordinateur ne comporte peut-être pas de périphérique audio, ce périphérique est utilisé par un autre programme ou il ne fonctionne pas correctement.
