Problem with my Samsung SV-DVD 3E combined unit
Help!!
Unable to switch to DVD (black screen)
Unable to display the menu for the "enter" function (black screen)
VHS function works normally in playback and direct recording (programming impossible since "enter" function is invisible)

Hello, I also have a problem; mine is that when inserting a DVD, it loads "loading" indefinitely without ever starting the DVD. The optical drive was changed but the problem has occurred again a few months later.
What is the problem?

Sorry, but I can't be of any use here, except for basic control...
Still, check if we can do the manipulations directly on the VCR... just in case the remote might be defective.
If that's the case, try changing the batteries in said remote...
You can also try asking Samsung by email....
But I think the solution lies in the intervention of a service center.... get a quote because sometimes it’s better to buy new than to repair.... (considering the prices charged)
