Help! Error 0x00000116 cannot be resolved!

Hello everyone,

After numerous searches on the issue (most of the topics on this site), I can't seem to resolve this problem...

So I start with the simplest, I found this error in the event viewer:

And this causes me to freeze in games, then a black screen and finally a restart...

So I first checked my temperatures (fine), then my drivers (reinstalled), no antivirus (because I was told that could be the problem), removed some RAM (since I have 32GB in total) and nothing works!

So I listened to a friend (I shouldn't have) who told me to reinstall Windows, which I did and which made me lose all my games (over 580GB) and all my presets (Voice meter, OBS Studio... etc.) which, despite being saved beforehand, do not work and to top it all off, I can't remember what I had set up... ANYWAY

However, I was still somewhat happy deep down because I was starting from ZERO and then it's a disaster, I try a pretty demanding game (NEW WORLD) and BAMMMM! the same thing!

I'm about to give up everything and sell the crap that serves as my gaming PC.

If you could help me, that would be really nice!

Config:

CPU = Intel core i5 8600k

GPU = RTX 2070S

RAM = 32GB (4x8) Corsair vengeance RGB 3000Mhz

Motherboard = Z390-E Strix gaming ASUS

Power supply = Advance 750W 80plus Bronze

And my SSD (where Windows is) is new, it’s a WD NVME M.2 500GB
