Message que je comprend pas hijack This

Bonjour,
lorsque j'ouvre le scan de hijackthis avant qu'il commence y a ce message en anglais (si vous pouviez me traduire en gros parce que moi et l'anglais ça fait deux)

Voici le message :
for sorme reason your system renied write access to the hosts file.If any hijacked domains are in this file hijack this may NOT be able to fix this .

If that happens your need to edit the file yourself . To de this click start run and type .

Notepad C:/windows/System32/drivers/ect/Hots

and press enter.find the ligne(s) hijack This repport and delete therm. save the file as "hots" (whith quotes) and reboot.
For vista simply exist hijack This night click on the hijack This icon, choose " run as administrator .
