Problème pop up CiD

Bonjour à tous, je suis désolée de créer un nouveau sujet sur les pop-ups CiD, mais j'ai peur qu'on ne me réponde pas si je poste sur un vieux sujet.
Donc voilà, cela fait environ 1 mois que des fenêtres de pub CiD apparaissent sous internet explorer et m'embêtent alors que je suis sur Mozilla, il y a environ une pub toutes les 5 minutes, voire plus parfois. J'ai déjà supprimé le sponsor de messenger plus,fait des analyses du système avec des logiciels (désolée si je m'exprime mal, je m'y connais pas trop dans ce domaine XD) mais rien n'y fait.
S'il vous plaît, j'aimerais que vous m'aidiez, et si possible que vous me conseilliez un antivirus efficace.

Télécharge lopxp
-Double cliquer sur Lopxpsetup.exe pour lancer l'installation
- Au menu, choisi l'option 1
- Patiente jusqu'à que l'on demande d'appuyer sur une touche, appuyer !
- Le contenu du rapport est situé dans : C:\Programfiles\Lopxp\cid.txt colle le ici. -

Télécharge sur le bureau hijackthis
Fait un clic droit sur l'icone hijackthis.
/!\Renome hijackthis en skim.exe ( a le place de hijacktihs.exe) c'est important!!/!\
*Après avoir fais ca double-clic dessus.
*Clic sur Do a system scan and save the log
*A la fin de l'analyse un rapport va etre générer colle le ici.

Telecharge malwarebytes
Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisse le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.
Copie et colle le rapport stp. -
Merci. C'est bizarre il n'y a rien du tout dans le rapport, et les fenêtres CiD ne m'embêtent plus depuis environ 2 jours, mais je poste quand même le rapport au cas où.
