Hello,
I'm new to this forum, so thank you for forgiving me if the question has already been asked.
I would like to know if there is a way to calculate only visible cells and disregard hidden cells.
In fact, in my file, I have a column for each month that I fill in with links to another sheet in the workbook that I update every month. I only display on the screen the months that have already passed. To keep the past values, I copy and paste the link formulas. This way, I do not update the previous months.
So I would like to have a calculation in another column that only takes into account my visible columns and not the hidden columns.
Thank you in advance

No: A hidden column is not deleted. It is therefore included in the calculations. However, charts are sensitive to hiding.
You should write conditional formulas (with IF, OR, AND, NOT).

I would like to point out that our friend Vaucluse just indicated to checkmate in the discussion "subtotal formula" something that might help you. But if you could make your files available to us via https://www.cjoint.com/, we would all be more comfortable suggesting a few tips.
