Printer not visible in excel

Hello,

I'm unable to print from Microsoft Excel, even though I can print fine from Word, JPG, web pages, etc.

I'm on Windows 7 and my printer's name is HP Deskjet 5940.
Can someone help me?

When I try to print from Excel, an error message appears: "The current printer is not connected or is malfunctioning, please select another printer."
When I click OK, it gives me a list: send to OneNote 2007; Foxit Reader, etc.

Please help me.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 45.0

Good evening,

If you can print with Word, go to the Office button, print, and remember the settings you use to print with Word. Then go to Excel and check if the settings are the same; perhaps the printer selected in Excel is not the right one.
