Manque de périphériques sur acer aspire 3690

Bonjour
j'ai choisi ce forum car toujours je trouve ce qu'il me faut danc merci pour tout et a tout le monde.
voila mon problème,j'ai un ordi acer aspire 3690 qui a etait acheter avec vista,et je l'est formater et j'ai met xp,j'ai aussi télécharger et installer tout les logicièls et nésisaire de puis le sit officièl de acer ,mais le problème c'est que j'ai des touche sur le clavier qui fonctionne plus (fb,ff,vol-,vol+? ainsi que les touche bleu) et la j'ai vérifièr le gestionnaire de périphérique et j'ai trouver q'il me manque le suivant (controleur de bus SM, controleur Ethernet ,windigo virtual audio device(WDM))
voila ca c'est mon problème si qu'il qu'un a la solution veuillez me le dire et me montrer comment resourdre ce prob ,merci d'avance a tout le monde

    Bonjour,
    Probablement que le pilote de ton clavier n'est disponnible qu'avec VISTA.
