Bonjour,
Je viens d'être abandonné à mon sort et je ne sais toujours pas comment virer ces pubs intempestives qui me pourissent la vie.

Quelqu'un a-til une vraie méthode ki marche pour les enlever?

Voici mon kit de désinfection personnel :

1 : Désinstalle ton antivirus actuel
2 : Télécharge Antivir, mets à jour et scanne ton système.

3 : Télécharge Adaware, Spybot
4 : Mets chacun de ces logiciels à jour et fais les tourner sur l’entièreté du disque dur
5 : Télécharge Ccleaner

6 : Reviens nous donner des nouvelles.

je te remercie mais la licence d'antivir est dépassé depuis novembre 2007..

Dans la version gratuite (qui ne protège pas les mails), la licence est prolongée automatiquement, gratuitement.

Télécharger sur le bureau
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe
= clic droit sur Hijackthis ==> renommer ==> écrire : test.exe ( à la place de hijackthis.exe) <== Important
=Double-clic dessus
= Clic Do a system scan and save the log
= un rapport s'ouvre ==> l'enregistrer sur le bureau et poste le rapport!!!

* Faire un clic droit sur ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.zip
* Enregistrez la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistrez-le sur le bureau.
* Faire un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisir "tout extraire"
* Double-cliquez sur navilog1.exe
* Arriver au menu principal, choisir l'option 1 et valider.
* Patientez jusqu'au message : Analyse Termine le ...
* Le rapport sera en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt) et poste le rapport!!

o Double-cliquer sur navilog1.exe
o Arriver au menu principal, choisir l'option 2 et valider.
o Indiquer le mode de nettoyage "automatique"
o Répondre aux questions éventuelles, le bureau disparaitra, c'est normal !
o Patienter jusqu'au message : Nettoyage Termine le ...
o Sauvegarder le rapport de manière à le retrouver, puis fermer le blocnote, le bureau réapparaitra
o Le rapport sera en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (cleannavi.txt) poste le rapport+ un rapport hijackthis!!!!




NB : Si le bureau ne réapparaît pas, faire CTRL+ALT+SUPPR pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Choisir l'onglet processus. Cliquer en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisir exécuter,
Taper explorer et valider.

L'ordi a redemarré mais apres j'ai rien, pas de bloc notes et pas de questions auxquelles il faut repondre....

donc maintenant tu as antivir et avast donc 2 antivirus en meme temps pas bon donc si antivir est périmé desinstalle le ainsi que avast!!

et installe cette version de antivir qui est un très bon antivirus ci joint pour téléchager antivir et un tuto pour le

Je viens de lancer le scan de bitdefender avec explorer
Yena pour plus d' 1h30 donc j'espere que yaura encore quelqu'un pour m'aider mais deja je te remercie pour tout ce que tu as fait.

g reussi a supprimer le deuxième mais le premier je le trouve pas et l'assistant de recherche nn plu...
En plus je croyais l'avoir deja supprimer ya un bout de temps parce que ce fichier ne marchait pas...

refait un scan avec antivir et si il te le retrouve clic sur delete cette fois
et repost le rapport!!

* Clique droit sur "Poste de travail" -> "Propriétés" -> onglet "Restauration du système" -> cocher "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" -> "Appliquer" -> "Oui".
* Ensuite, décocher "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" -> "Appliquer" -> "OK".

Ne pas oublier de créer un nouveau point de restauration en procédant comme indiqué sur le lien ci dessous

Maintenant je n'ai plus de fenetres intempestives mais je suis kan meme inquiète d'avoir vu le virus dans mon lecteur multimedia...as-tu regarder le rapport d'hier ki n'incluait pas ce disque dur?
