Avast-Il y a trop de mails identiques

salut!
d abord supprime avast avec ca:Désinstaller proprement avast
ensuite telecharge antivir qui est bien mieux:AntiVir
en anglais mais bien plus efficace.
dis moi

scan avec antivir.puis ceci:Méthode préliminaire de désinfection - Version Fr

Comme indiqué,j'ai désinstallé avast! et installé Antivir, mais faut il que je garde Spybot ?
Aprés j'ai fait un scan avec :
-C-cleaner,
-AntiVir (rapport joint)

Ensuite je ferai bitdefender et hijackthis
