No sound on my mobile phone

Hello,
I have a Samsung and since this morning, when I make calls, I have no dial tone and there is no sound. The same goes for music. However, when I turn on the speakerphone, it works, and when I receive a message, I hear the notification sound.
I haven't touched anything though, and I haven't dropped my phone... What should I do, where is the problem coming from?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

I just had almost the same problem except that I have NO sound at all with my Samsung J600
Check if it works with headphones (it works for me)
In that case, there is a loose connection with the speakers...
Go see your operator's store

Thank you, I just tried it with the speakers and it works. I had the same problem, thanks to the internet...
