    see: www.but.fr in the "contact us" section. They will send you a copy of the notice. Just specify that you want it in French.

    No, I haven't received anything. I can’t remember what arguments But put forward at the time as it was already a few months ago. But it seems to me that it was something like "was the device purchased from But?", which, in fact, was not the case.

        Hello. Unfortunately, I cannot meet your request. I have never received this notice either from Ets BUT or from the seller, who has always turned a deaf ear despite my numerous reminder emails... Since then, I have separated from this video recorder.
