Trojan horse TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques jours Antivir me harcele d'alertes car il a détecte un trojan horse : TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen
Hormis ces incessantes alerte d'antivir, le seul probleme que j'ai detecté pour l'instant est que IE n'affiche plus les images.
En farfouillant un peu sur cçm j'ai déja préparé d'avance un rapport de HijackThis et je poste aussi, je sais pas s'il y en a besoin le rapport du scan d'Antivir. J'espere que vous pourrez m'aider. En vous remerciant d'avance.
