Virus Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Small.tnt

Bonjour,
Depuis une semaine j'ai attrapé un virus par msn. Le virus est un cheval de troie du nom de trojan-Downloader.Win32.Small.tnt. J'ai un anti-virus Avast et j'ai aussi téléchargé A-Squarred Anti-Malware. Cet anti-virus détecte le virus et me donne l'emplacement or dans cet emplacement il n'y a pas ce fichier. J'essaie de le supprimer mais il semble qu'il revienne à chaque fois. POur le moment il ne me pose pas trop de problème mais à priori il vaut mieux que j'arrive à la supprimer avant qu'il ne fasse des dégâts. Je ne connais pas grand-chose en informatique, quequ'un peut-il m'aider? Je ne sais pas s'il y a assez d'infos pour m'aider..;sinon dites-moi ce qui est nécessaire pour m'aider.

    Salut,

    I/ MSN FIX

    Commence par msnfix, c'est un utilitaire de désinfection.
    rends toi ici :
    https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-virus-desinfecter-pc/
    et suis ce tutoriel.

    II/ ESET NOD32

    C'est un scanner en ligne de virus, pour internet explorer,

    si tu as firefox fait:
    démarrer -> executer -> tape : iexplore (puis valide)

    Connecte toi sur ce site et suis la procédure, coches toutes les cases que tu verra :

    III/ Hijackthis

    télécharge et installe le et lance le,
    tu cliquera sur le premier bouton en haut "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

    ca va charger et t'aura un fichier texte qui apparaitra, colle le ici

    coches les cases des lignes ci-dessous et tu cliquera sur fix ckecked :

    ENSUITE
    Télécharge
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
    sur ton Bureau et lance le.

    Assure toi que la case "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's" soit bien cochée.

    Copie et colle les ligne ci-dessous dans l'encadré bleue de OTMoveIt nommé Paste Standard List of Files/Folders to move.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\%%%.exe

    Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
    Si OTMoveIt propose de redémarrer ton PC, accepte !
    Lorsque un résultat apparaît dans le cadre Results, clique sur Exit.

    Dans ta future réponse, envoie le rapport de OTMoveIt situé sur C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles

      Merci, j'ai lancé le scan Eset mais ca prend bcp de temps. J'ai effacé les fichiers sous hijack comme conseillé. J'attends la fin du scan avant de continuer et je t'envoie le rapport. merci!

    logiquement il est la :

    tu livre selectionne tout et colle ici.

    refait aussi un hijackthis.

      Alors j'ai refait un scan Eset (vu que je croyais avoir perdu le premier). Le premier me donnait 13 menaces avec toujours ce fichiers win32 mais le deuxième scan de détecte aucune menace...

      vu que tu es de super bon conseil et que tu as sauvé mon ordinateur (enfin c'est en bonne voie), je souhaiterais encore un conseil:
      j'ai un anti-virus: Avast
      depuis que j'ai le cheval de troie j'ai installé pas mal de programmes: winpatrol, a-squarred, hijack...qui n'ont pas forcément d'utilité. connais-tu un très bon anti-virus (gratuit) qui remplacerait tout ca?

      Désolée...mais ce n'est pas fini! J'ai désinstallé Avast et installé le logiciel que tu m'as conseillé. J'ai fait le scan...et il me déteste des virus donc le cheval de troie. J'attends d'avoir fini le scan pour t'envoyer le rapport mais c'est pas gagné on dirait!! As-tu encore le temps de m'aider?
