Hello,
I wanted to point out that Bouygues Telecom, which was my former operator, responded that the phone is locked and they cannot do anything!!!!! So I am left with a phone that I cannot use and I really don't know what to do!!!! SFR, which is my new operator, cannot do anything either, what should I do please, I have a Motorola V3 Razr THANK YOU

Thank you for your response. So I called customer service, introduced myself, and of course, they recognized me as I was a customer with them. I say "was" because I’m no longer. She told me to dial #*06#, a code appeared, then I inserted my new SFR card. Of course, I told her it’s SFR, and after 15 minutes of manipulation, she informed me that my phone is blocked, while my SIM card is recognized because it acknowledges my code. In the end, the representative told me that she could do nothing for me. Is this because I am no longer a customer with them?
